Go to Torrent Spy, www.torrentspy.com You will need a client for downloading torrents, I'd recommendinstalling u-torrent. Just search for it on Google. All the files on torrent spy have comments like a forum so its easy to see which ones are the best quality.

if you get limewire, you can do a video search for episodes of a lot of current tv shows that people are sharing. since those are pretty popular shows, i'm sure there's people out there sharing them on limewire.

Have you tried Limewire or BearShare. I've always found everything I have looked for on them.
