Okay, this is what I do. Just stay up all day...do not go to sleep until a normal time, maybe around 10 or 11pm. You'll be tired if you don't sleep all day/night, so you'll be able to fall asleep at a decent time.

Then set your alarm clock for like 9 in the morning or something.

My sleep schedule is all messed up too. I go to bed around 7 in the morning and wake up around 3 in the afternoon.

Changing your sleep pattern will not happen over night. How did you get into your current one? If it was not job related then look at the activities that are keeping you up all night. That is what has to change first. It is suggested that a gradual change is the best way to go, try going to bed an hour earlier and getting up earlier. You will be tired at first but resist the temptation to go back to sleep. Stay up and stay busy. Keep this adjustment up, an hour each day or two until you are on the schedule you want. Those night time activities will shift into different time slots of your day eventually. After that, stick with this schedule and only make rare exceptions to it.
