A sociopath can feel love from others. A psychopath on the other hand can't.

A sociopath is the one that can not be treated with medication, a psycopath can, and can be maintained.
Sociopaths will not ever truly care about you, or anyone else. They have been damaged irreparably, and their thought process on feelings, are not like an undamaged humans. They do not process love and kindness, as good things, it is all a manipulative ploy to fulfill some plan. Not all sociopaths are killers and rapists, just as not all psychopaths are.

A sociopath and a psychopath are the same thing.
They are synonyms.
And to answer your question; yes they absolutely feel love from others. It can just be very difficult for them to care whether you feel love from them.
They are geared towards antisocial behavior.

Sociopaths cannot empathize and so do not feel things for other people. Whether or not they can feel from others is up for debate. They would be unable to understand the feelings and so I assume they would not feel them.
