I'd go to the CAB for that, sorry don't know. But why would you want to work in a place where there's a guy working there that could cause lots of problems for you later?
find work somewhere where you'll be happy, working with loving people!

If you're in England, I believe you have the right to see your interview papers. The company has, I believe, to keep them for 30 days. That may appeal to you but, on the other hand, what's the point of working for such a company?

In the US, you don't have the 'right' to be interviewed in the first place. If the company is having interviews conducted by biased people, are you sure you even want the job?

No you aren't just suck it up and get another interview.
If you can push the interviewer to disliking you it is bad luck.
