ID card and alcohol?

I'm a 24 year old woman,is there any places where I can buy a temporary ID card until I receive my replacement TX license?
I washed my license and it's very much fragile,
I'm going on a date and I don't want him to see my sorry license......
Where in SOUTH WEST HOUSTON can I buy a ID card (if I bring my original license)?
Are ID's accepted at bar's?

ID's are accepted at bars and usually at the DMV it will take a couple of weeks to come in. get over it, take your sorry license and it will make for a conversation.
