I think you have left out one key element there ... this person could be a dream come true or a nightmare ... what about their personality? What skeletons do they have hidden in the closets of their life? What motivates them? What sort of background do they come from and how has it affected their life? What kind of values do they have? Oh, there are so many things that are variable here, and I haven't even begun to ask about physical appearance, confidence, etc.

Truly, the person you describe could be anything from wonderful to awful. For me personally, when I walk into a room, the person who is most attractive is the person whose personality sparkles the brightest. The person who is the most true to themselves, not superficially attractive nor intelligent, is the one who draws me in.

What kind of a person is this person?

Unusually healthy (physically and emotionally), above normal and with less problems than average.
An exception.

This is simply what I call "NORMAL"!
An normal human being who's trying to evolve himself in the society and become a good member in it in order to help achieve better life in the future.
But unfortunately that's NOT what all people are trying to do, the person you're referring to is simply not around usually!
People are becoming more ignorant and unaware of lots of stuff from around them.
