How long would it take me to make my chest solid if i bench and incline only once a week?

You need to do something like that atleast 3 times a week or everytime you do it, it will be like starting all over again. It will hurt and you will just get sore andh discouraged. But like I said, if yohu do that 3x a week or more, you might see results in 2-3 weeks.

About 6months so you need to do more than that! Do it at least 3 days a week.
