The entire planet is in turmoil because of racism. Billy Grham himself said this that racism is the biggest problem in the world.
I'm not saying all are racist, but many are.
How is Ted Bundy superior to Antonio Banderas? How is
John Merrick superior to Denzel Washington?
My point is obvious, so why does any white think he is superior?
I know they're not, but most of them seem to think they are.
I see no reason that they should feel this way.

Let's start by saying that I am white. And, I am a racist. But, its not what you think. I consider stupid people an entire race not based on skin color or religious belief. I hate stupid people. I identify stupid people by the trash that comes out of their mouth, the intolerance they breed, and their close minded beliefs that bely modern science.

I am married to a black man, and I have caucasian children from a prior marriage. My sweet little one is of course a mixed darling of great beauty. We are very much in love after 10 years, and celebrate our own unique take on life experiences that are generated by our different backgrounds.

Our entire extended family is composed of people of all nations. Asian, Indian, you name it. Family holidays look like a meeting of United Nations! We all get along famously, love each other completely, and enjoy sharing our diversities.

Your question is very upsetting to me because it is singling out one race, and attributing a characteristic to it that is actually found in all races. Many people have superiority complexes, and this is something that is not found in one race predominantly alone.

My husband does not believe that black people should have their own beauty pageants, or any other type of function that singles out people based on color. If we as a society are hoping for equality for all, then this sort of thing completely undermines that. If I was black, no way would I enter the Miss Black America contest! I would want to be in the Miss America contest and happily go up against any woman of any color. Can you imagine the outcry if there was to be a Miss White America contest?

Also, I see people of all different races with a superiority complex, so I don't think its just a white thing. So-called reverse racsim exists today, and there are people who hate me based solely on the color of my skin. I feel sorry for them, as I might you, because this sort of prejudice is only based on stupidity. It's whats inside that counts, PERIOD. I might also add, that I seem to know many many many more black people who are racist against whites, than I know white people who are racist against blacks. These people are from all walks of life. There seems to more hatred nowdays coming from black people, and it is unfortunate because the white people are finally coming around, but many blacks seem unable to let it go. There is racsim in every country for every single race that exists on the planet, so it is never going to go away completely. I have 2 best friends, one white, one black. My white friend could be on the cover of Vogue, but is shy, meek, and humble, unaware of her beauty. My black friend is beautiful, funny, loud like me, but is also narcissistic and has the biggest ego (aka superiority complex). So this pretty much kills your argument right there, sorry!

It is far past time for people of any color to stop blaming their skin tone for holding them back. This is the good 'ol USA and you can make your dream happen if you stop putting strictures on yourself and blaming others for your own shortcomings. My husband came from a poor black family, and worked hard physical labor to get where he is today. He never let any racist white person tell him he could or couldn't do something, he was smart enough to know he was in charge of his own destiny. In fact, most of his clients are extremely wealthy white people (who I assume you would think fit your sorry stereotype) who hire him because of his quality of work and his undeniable likeable personality. They are not blinded to his personality by his skin color, or the dirt, mud and diesel fuel he is covered in everyday. He gets invited to their social events, weddings, weekend homes, you name it. I am actually more uncomfortable than he at being in a room filled with wealthy people. We have clients of many races, and all respect him for who he is and what he does.

Together, we have built a business that is the foundation of our family. We hire family and friends of all nationalities. So, if I sound like I feel superior, it is only because I am proud of my husband and our family for our continued success with life, and for not letting small minded people put us in to some sad stereotype.

When you compare Ted Bundy to Antonio Banderas and John Merrick (whoever he is) to Denzel Washington, you are comparing 'apples' to 'oranges' ... not simply because of 'race' but because of the 'psychology' behind these MEN. Why are all of your examples MALE and why do you have no FEMALES to 'compare'? Not all whites think that they are 'superior to others' ... not in their own race, nor with people of 'other races.' I'm sorry, but your whole 'question' is 'questionable' because you didn't ask in 'good reasonable words' ... so I think that you, whatever is your 'color' are being 'a racist' just as much as those 'whites' you think are thinking that they are 'superior to you' because of RACE ... but they may be superior to you in their knowledge of using the language properly.

dude don't take this the wrong way but you're ranting like an idiot and i think you should give it up.

not the whole raciest thing but NOT ALL whites think they are superior and have you actually heard from these people (Ted Bundy, John Merrick) that they think they are better than Antonio Banderas, Denzel Washington?

your not gonna make the whole world unraciest because that's just the way this world works. it's ridiculous to be racest but maybe you should look at yourself and worry about yourself first.

Studies have shown that Asians are the Superior race. And that the far east's have a Strong desire to learn and produce goods and service They are innovated and discipline. The "White," race could learn a lesson from the a study on "Race and ability to learn." Afro American are strong and physically build to run and win at sports. Other races are designed for other specific things. That is how we are different.

I think this is a misconception. And by thinking this way you are categorizing all whites as racist...which really isn't fair. I'm white and I don't think I'm any better than anybody else...no matter WHAT color their skin is. Skin color has nothing do with what the person themself is truly like....what's in their heart....everybody's heart looks pretty much alike. If a person is a good person, then they are a good person...period. I don't care if they're GREEN!

No idea why you would believe that anyone thinks themselves better then anyone else, oh yes, because it is human nature, and most people think themselves better then the other.

It is not an affliction solely of White people (BTW that is a racist thing to say white people) as (I) have known of many who were not "white' who's attitudes conveyed the same phenomenon.

So, what do you want to know?
Your question is pointless - I see no reason why
you should feel that way.

When you typed this question - did you feel superior, smart
and educated? No one else asked this before and you
are the first to think about it!

And Billy's name is spelled: Graham.

Chill out - there are bigger problems in this world.

Generally, that's not true; but a few foolish whites have given all whites a bad name.
Racism is nothing but extreme stupidity.

I don't think I'm superior to others based on race. Your statement is one huge generalization and fairly ignorant.

i think it all has to do with the people you know. most white people i know don't feel superior to anyone of a different race. most of the black people i know are very arrogant however. and most of the hispanic people i know refuse to learn english because they think they are superior. beauty is in the eye of the beholder. so is ugly i guess. i will try not to lump all people in one gatagory and will ask you to do the same. how's that?
