No, the fan base in Florida in general really is terrible. For a team that has won 2 world series in the past 10 years, you would think they would attact many more than a few thousand people per game. I could see the Marlins and the Devil Rays moved to more baseball friendly cities.

of course after the collective bargaining agreement is when they would move the teams

No- I don't think people in Miami care about nor would miss the Marlins. In five years they will either be in San Antonio, Las Vegas, or Portland.

Nope - a state with no state income tax will not be able to raise the money to do this for a team with so little support. Sorry, but they could well lose both of their teams in the next 10 years.
