no, your supposed to wait at least 4 weeks. and the reason is that your holes will close up any sooner. your body has to get used to having a hole through it!

Your ears won't be healed in 2 weeks, that's why. It takes MINIMUM 6 weeks to heal, mine took like 3 months, everyone's different. Just be patient and you won't get infections and make your ears take longer to heal. Didn't your piercer tell you all this?
