I would generally say no - they tend to groom themselves pretty effectively, and really only need your help if they have an open wound (leave alone as much as possible, just be sure it's clean!) or if they happen to be long-haired hamsters with a matted clump in their fur (either gently brush this out or carefully cut off that patch of fur.)
If you feel your hamsters need something more, you could purchase them some chinchilla dust (available in most pet stores) for them to bathe in - this helps keep their coat soft and reduce oiliness. This is generally not really necessary, however.
As with all pets, if you feel that there is something wrong, the best thing to do is to contact your veteranarian - internet diagnoses are seldom 100% accurate.
Or use wipes on her baby wipes!!!

you can buy hamster shampoo from the pet store so i imagine you can bath them.but it is common sense more than anything to just use a tiny bit of water or you will drown the poor little things.

well it wouldnt be a good idea because if you get the water in its ears it can die they are very sensitive and usually they wash themeselves unless they feel threatend but i would say its not a bright of an idea but if you have to only bring the water to its bottom of its belly or even better buy it a powder bath at any pet store they are very cheap!

Eh, I wouldn't - small animals get hypothermic VERY quick when wet.
Hamsters aren't really smelly creatures - they should be OK if cleaned out PROPERLY once a week - i.e replace all bedding and clean cage/houses/toys etc with a pet disinfectant.
Check your hamster isn't smelly because of diarrhoea - he/she should be passing neat pellets, and have a clean bottom.

No.
Some pet stores carry wipes to wipe down your small animals. They look like diaper wipes but made for animals not humans.
