It is important to eat a good amount of protein before and after working out in order to get the 6 pac you desire.
The best ideas for work outs include the obvious, sit ups. You can do this on a decline bench (which helps alot!) or do this simply by laying on the ground and do the regular sit up or crunch. Also, to step up your ab work out hold medicane balls while doing sit ups or free weights in order to increase the strength of your abs. You will also need to do fat buring activities, such as running or walking. This will burn any fat you have covering your ab muscles. Even if you do a million sit ups a day if you have a layer of fat covering your abs you willl never see your final result.

Well...you probably dont have a fake ID, so you would need to ask an adult to get it for you. OH! you meant abs?! Well sit ups and crunches are a good start...about 50 a day. There are also a lot of ab training videos..take your pick.
