You've asked this before, sorry to meddle. I just wanted to tell you there's nothing to worry about, if the woman you like doesn't like you because she thinks you look old then you shouldn't be with her. I think most women care more about personality, so if you have a good sense of humor I'm sure you'll be fine.

Don't worry!
I'm 70 - but only chronologically. By any other measure, a good deal younger.
I still work as a therapist for a few hours a week. I have friends across the age ranges. I'm fit and healthy and I've still got all my marbles.
I am loved. (That's not arrogance, just a simple statement of what I know to be true).
I have a wife, daughters, grandsons and a great-grandson and I rejoice in them, as I do in my close friends.
Sure, I can get negative about stuff - who doesn't? But in general I'm happy and positive.
So I look in the mirror and see jowls and a really, really broad parting. So what? The best mirror is the eyes of those who look at you with love.
The place you age is in your heart and your mind. Sure, the body gets older and dies. The world would be **** crowded if it didn't.
I love my life.

I'm 41, 6'2" 205 lbs same as I was in high school...except my waist is 34 not 31. I've been shaving my head since my mid 20's so the hair thing doesn't mean much to me. But, i've been fortunate, I've always been a sports nut, golf, basketball, going to the gym, i've been doing these things for 20 years so I'm not out of shape. However, I can definitely see and feel the difference from my younger days...it's a part of life. I'm in better shape than most my age (class reunions show that) so I'm happy with myself.

As far as women, my wife is 10 years younger than me.

women have an issue with this more than men. My boyish looks haven't faded and I still get carded in my late 30's and still attract women from 21-on up.
I use moisturizer and exercise. I pay close attention to that. Also remember that your personality speaks louder than your looks. Your looks only carry you so far unless you are a model.
But of course I'm somewhat of an exception.

Do you know where guys age? In their outlook. They get disillusioned or stuffy as the dickens and are insufferable to be around. You go, sighhhhhhh.... and try to think of a polite way to split. I have met so many guys and I look at them and ask myself if I am aging that way myself. The answer is always no. It is the way you hold your knowledge, too. Some guys as they get older get hold their knowledge heavy as lead. I try to keep my knowledge light as a feather. I also ride a 12-speed almost every other day which is great for cardio-vascular fitness and I walk a lot to get fresh air and mobility and strength, overall. I am 63 years old, but I feel like 19. I deal with it by just doing the stuff I know will keep me focused and a pleasure to be around. Do you know what that might be? It is taking a sincere and genuine interest in others, and in whatever they happen to be dealing with. People can feel that instantly about you, whether or not you give a damn about what is going on with them. I have many, many friends, too numerous to think about. As you get older, it is especially true to stay young you stay connected with others. Virtually everyone I know and care about (which is everyone) is family. No one is outside that circle. I feel very connected to others and it keeps me young inside my Spirit. I have good posture, which is another thing that will keep you healthy and fit. Remembering to stand up straight. I don't drink nor smoke. Twenty years ago I drank like Rasputin. No more. You learn and you take care of yourself and it helps you be good for others. I hope my answer offers you a glimpse of someone who takes his aging very seriously, but who is not stuffy at all! Sent to you with good energies from Chris in South Portland, Maine, U.S.A.

There are alot of advantages to growing older too! Having money, respect, a family, a house, and wisdom that comes from experience. It's all good.

It is inevitable. We are all going to age and die. Here is an interesting video that portrays this fact like no other video I've ever seen.

I accept the gray hair and move on... its really not a big deal to me because there isn't much I can do to stop it.
