Yahoo does not get involved with private leagues. Unfortunately there are fantasy players that start leagues this way because it is the only way they can win. They have no idea how to win at fantasy without cheating and are clueless about baseball. I see them every once in a while trying to get into Expert or Champion leagues (which requires a previous championship to play and the cheating you are experiencing may be that players motivation) and it is very obvious very quick that they do not belong and are usually tossed prior to draft. I have also seen guys create a private league of 2 players with 2 profiles to make one the screen names qualify for a champion league.

You are stuck in the league. Yahoo does not interfere with private leagues.

You can post the abusive user names so that other people are aware and will not join a league with that person.

Go ahead and post his profile information by adding addtional information to your question, and I will see if I can contact any other leagues that he may be in.

The commissioner has the authority to lock any team at any time without warning or explanation. If your team has been locked, you may attempt to contact the commissioner via the league message board (if posting privileges remain) or through the email address displayed on the Team and Manager List page.

The commissioner is not obligated to respond or to justify his/her actions. Yahoo! Sports does not interfere with Custom League matters. Yahoo! Sports will not restore access to teams that have been locked or contact league commissioners on behalf of locked members.

Because the commissioner has full authority over Custom Leagues, we recommend choosing your Custom Leagues carefully.

idk wut yahoo will do but u should join another league and forget that team in that league i have a league that is fair if u want to join

i have a league that i am tryin to recruit people for on yahoo it is free here is some more info on it

I have started up a Fantasy baseball league and am looking for more people to join before our draft on April 6th at 1130 it will be a live draft. Only serious players needed that would be active in the league all year round hoping to top out the league with the maximum teams that can be in any league but I need your help.
My id for the league is 233447 and the pass word is baseball.
I hope to see you there below are a couple ideas I am thinking or trying to get installed in the league

I am thinkin that everyone in the league should have each others yahoo im ability even if it is just messages to talk bout trade possibilities i want to encourage this even if it is just leaving a message for the other one to get back to u with to prevent stupid trade offers. i also want to encourage people puttin the players they want to trade up on the trading block. We could probably even do a weekly report of everyone postin what area's of their team they think they may need trade help in and wut areas or postions they would be willin to give up to get the help that they need. These are just my ideas i would love to hear from you guys on what you think of them. Cause i really want these leagues that i am goin to try to run to become like buddies to create a good atomsphere might be come known for leagues that people want to play in maybe even a waitin list to play in or we can branch them off into more leagues and everything idk cause in all of my days of sreaching for fantasy leagues i kinda have always wanted a hands on league like our hockey and this baseball one hopefully

Just don't play...Leave your roster empty and forget about it..sounds like a prick...if he asks just tell him you don't have the time....I hope you are not in it for money though...then I would say something on the board.

You could also start your own private league.
