it takes me a matter of 1 time. i take my clothes lay them out in outfits, and there i go i have the perfect outfit!

It only takes me one change of clothing. I guess it may be because I am older and am not looking for approval of someone else. I am comfortable with myself and don't care if people are judging me. I am not even judging myself. You are probably much younger and still care what others think about how you look. You also even state in your question that you want to look one last time in the mirror to find yourself looking "irresistible".

If my clothes are still clean and fresh, such as I only wore them an hour or two, I hang them back up. If I wore them longer than that, I put them in laundry basket to wash.

If you know you're going out that night. During the day picture what you will look like. It will help you decide long before you try on everything in your closet...

I change about 3 times. Then I'm late be I took so long to get dressed, so I leave all my stuff on my bed or the floor and put it away when I get back.

no, I tend to go out naked, so no need to change
and no, no need to put them back in the closet.
Actually I'm not vain enough to do that, but I would struggle to come up with 5 different outfits to try on.
