I think it's nice skin, big eyes that aren't fully covered in makeup, healthy looking hair, and clean teeth.

Pretty eye make-up to enhance my nice eyes, soft lips, some natural blush on the cheeks, and of couse my inner beauty shining through as well !

Aside from the usual good skin, healthy hair, groomed nails, etc., well-fitting clothing and enhancing your features in a good way (like mascara and curling your lashes vs caking on layers of makeup).

Other than that....physically make-up. But a person that is ugly on the inside is ugly on the outside as well....

outside appearance and everything yeah, but when you have good style and you don't look like a peasant... it helps because it complements you =] also... to look confident all the time.. if you look self concious.. people don't want to talk to you..?
