For the amusement park ride, don't make it too scary, like Superman. I get motion sickness.

If you get motion sickness, you should take dramamine before going to amusement parks. It helps with the nausea, and comes in a chewable form.

Not sure about Six Flags, but at BGE, my favorite rides are Big Bad Wolf and Loch Ness Monster. As far as water rides goes, I always love the log flumes. BGE I believe only has 2 water rides, the log flume and Roman Rapids, a white water rafting ride. Water Country USA is just down the road from BGE, but I have only been there once so I couldn't really tell you about any of the rides, except the lazy river. Those are always a favorite of mine.

I haven't been to Six Flags for a while, so idk but Busch Gardens has the most awesome roller coaster out there (imo). It's called Alpengeist, but it is pretty evil. I went twice and got a hella lot of motion sickness. The other realy cool ride is called Curse of Dark Castle (I think). It's a simulation ride and it's so cool (meaning awesome and cold!) in there. I don't wanna ruin it, so yeah. Try it though.

As for a water ride, log flume or roman rapids, I liked log flume myself. But, if you're up for going to Water City, USA, it'll be pretty awesome. My favorite ride was the Hubba Hubba Highway. It's a river-shaped pool that propels you along it, you can wear a lifejacket or just float along. It's really awesome. There's also a huge waterslide there that's really cool. Screaming Serpent I think?
