I think that kind of support from the husband is a good thing. At least you are willing.It's super hard to diet when you have someone sitting there with you eating yummy fattening foods and snacking all the time! Maybe you can start eating things that are more healthy.Look for foods with less fat and sugar (because sugar turns to fat) And drinking water instead of soda. If you can't drink water at least try the flavored kind. That might make a difference. (One can of soda a day will add up to at least 15lbs. in a year. ) You can also maybe go walking with her or to the gym. Most people despise exercise unless they have someone with them.

I don't think there is any diet you can go on to get your wife to loose weight. However, she needs to want to loose weight for it to happen. Diet and exercise is the key. Maybe if she didn't have to cook meals for you daily it might help (if she does that is).

Try to be Jack Sprat, eat lean whiel she eats fat. Then she will switch and you eat fat and she will eat lean
