The equation for a line is y = mx + b
So plug in, y= 1/2x - 3

it is in slope-intercept form: y=mx+b; the equation would be y=1/2x-3. You would plot a point at -3 then slope is rise/run so you would go up 1 then left 3 making your next point (-2, -3) not positive about the points i did them mentally hope this helps!!!

y = mx + b

m is slope
b is y-intercept

they give you enough information, Just plug 1/2 for slope and -3 for y-intercept

y = 1/2x - 3
