You know, I posted a very personal question about my family issues just to see if anyone would have any kind words or advice and I got an extremely NASTY comment from someone. Her words were "you're delusional and full of bulls**t".
That hurt me so much because everything I wrote was 100% true and it hurts to know that a random stranger would actually say something nasty like that when they dont know my situation at all. I wish for them to see my life for just one day and then maybe they would feel like crap for saying that to me.
But basically, why bother? This is yahoo, not real life. I asked a personal question because no one knows who I really am and I just wanted to hear strangers advice. I definitely didn't want to be brought down to feel worse.
Guess I'm done ever posting a personal question again because of this nasty bi**h:

WOW, 27 comments in about 5minutes. I just want to thank you all for the very very kind words.
I know it's the risk I took by posting it on the internet but since I would never do that to someone asking a very sad and personal question, I can't come to understand why someone else would.
Oh, the drama that is my life.
Seriously, you guys who answered so far are great, you all made me feel so much better within 5minutes. Thank you all!! :-)

Unfortunately online when you ask or repond to a question thats the chance you take. I think people take advantage on being anoynomous on the internet and say things that they wouldn't say in real life to a persons face. All I can say is you have to look over them and move on and not take it too personal because obviously they are having some issues or possibly dealing with a problem worst than yours. That or they are miserable and misery loves company.

Sorry to hear someone was nasty. And everyone who is answering anything shouldn't be rude or nasty. If they feel they must be rude or nasty then they should just skip the question and move on to the next one.
PS: you are wrong to lower your standards by choosing not to ask anymore question, and using "nasty B" as an excuse. The person that was nasty has personal issues and you should not be offend by his/her "nasty" attitude.

Look throughout your life you going to meet assholes and any other jerks there is. You have to learn that this world if full of people that love to make people hate them because thats the only attention they can get. Maybe Youll get lucky one day and meet somone kind and nice because there is a lot of nice people too, you sholnt let that girls comment affect you that much just remember that you are probably way happier then her and you dont need to make other people feel bad to feel good.

Kiki, don't let some people taint the rest of us. Immature people (usually children) use negative attention as a way to be noticed. Some people never grow out of it. They believe and rightfully so, that it's easier to be nasty or vulgar than it is to be kind and helpful. Allow me to apologize for this persons inappropriate behavior, and I wish I could promise you it won't happen again.

They're not mean; you're just too good. You must of gotten a few more answers that were sensitive, you got hurt by that one cause you permited it to hurt you. That means don't take those answers so seriously.
You can still get some good answer; and some times the ones that hurt are the good ones.
So stop b*tching and have fun answering my questions.

well, umm, everyone has a mean side, and some only show it online.... Not everyones like that though... Many people are sympathetic to problems. BTW, I read that question, and I'm afraid that with personal questions like that, many people, including me, can't really understand how you feel, and some people think that because they don't know anyone with that problem, you're making it up.

Don't let it bother you honey. Some people just feel better when they make others feel worse...they are sick!!!!! Who cares what that moron had to say, she probably just uses this site to fill her need to argue, rather than actually trying to learn something, or help someone else. Someone that ignorant isn't worth wasting one more second of your life worrying about it. There are people out there who actually like to give good advice, and maybe try to make someone feel like they are not alone...because you're not!!!! Just keep your head up, there are people who care, and I am one of them! :)

Well some people think it's cool to be mean and since this is yahoo, it doesn't seem like you're even answering a real person's question. It was mean.
