ok im 13 nearly 14 and im looking to impress the girls with a 6 pack i already have a 4 pack but im looking to upgrade so im not going to try all these protein shakes as im not into that and im sure you can get a 6 pack without having to try them so how many types of exercises do i need to do each day and how many times do i need to do them to get a pimped out stomach

hi matt , we all want to be with a good looking babe on our arm,s, but do we have to go out of our way to impress them?you are only what you are ,if you want to be a bouncer, carry on with your 6 pack notion, you will get noticed, more by the wrong type ,than a babe on your arm. be yourself matt why be someone you don,t want to be. the fastest shooter in the west alway,s got shot by some other fast shot in the end. think about it good luck what ever you decide

looks like b1ss has already given up--u got somethin u need to work on coz u need to take aleaf out of this lads book and get thinkin positive like he does man, you work hard at that gym mate do sit ups on an incline bench with some mean weight strapped to you chest give it a few weeks and you will see that six pack emerge oh and yeah if your upper body is strong grab that high bar swing by your arms lift your knees horizontal to your hips -and twist that pelvis to your right then your left -as you twist left and right drop your legs straight down in the middle so you ar in the middle -knees horizontal twist left as you come round -drop in middle raise legs as you twist to left.this is fab.good luck do it every second day to begin then every day then with weights on your ankles.build up your reps also.

Why are you bothering with a six pack? The kind of girl that is impressed with that, is probably a loser anyway. Just be a fun person to be around. That will draw more girls than you can handle.

lie flat on your back with your feet together and raise your feet 6 inches of the ground and hold before raising another 6 inches hold again then drop your feet to the original 6 inches and keep on doing this for aslong as you possibly can

people telling you to do sit ups is bullshit, you already have a six pack as does everyone else, the key is to lose your body fat so that they show through. Don't get me wrong sit ups will enhance them, but DO NOT create them

u suck u can't impress girls with a stupid 6 pack, it matters whats inside of you. the 6 pack will be gone wen you turn 18 and start drinking

just be you, you,ll learn to realise that as you get older,girls (sorry silly girls) are only interested in a persons body shape. when you are old enough and meet the right lady for you it wont be your body she,s interested in,it,ll be just you the way you are.

Sit ups and push ups.lots of exercises.Hey be yourself and do not try to be someone else.
