Is it better to take:
double science: (and get A*'s)
Or
triple science: (and get A or B)?????

I think it depends on how many other courses you have to do, and how much you can handle. So if you think it will become too much, you might as well do Double Science.

The difference between Double/Triple Award Science

‘The double award is not as in-depth as studying the individual sciences, but allows room to study extra subjects of a pupil's choice. Those passing their GCSEs in double award science can progress to A Levels in science subjects; … it is seen as a good option for those that are not sure of their personal interests and career intentions when they choose their GCSE subjects at the age of 14.’

So if you want to do science at A levels, you’ll still be able to with a Double Award.

Triple. Colleges see that you are committed to science. And hey, a B isn't that bad! However, only take three if you feel like you can truly handle it.
