It doesnt have to do with the hardrive because i just got a new one and there is like nothing on it.

try switching the codecs you use.I use ffdshow and it works very well..good luck

Possibly not using the right Codec. When on line it may be streaming while offline it must decode the file information. Do you have the latest DIVX codecs if these happen to be .avi files?

Hmm, you don't go too much into depth about it, but It may have something to do with lack of RAM, and your RAM can't store the video and the audio and play it together, Does it happen with all your videos, or just the one, it may be a problem with the video itself.
