Mickey Thomas (before he joined Starship). Elvin Bishop just played guitar... and gets credit for the song for some reason.

Mickey Thomas started singing harmony before singing lead with the Elvin Bishop Group for a time, and did sing lead on this song with EBG before joining Jefferson Starship after Grace Slick left.
