I tried very heavy weights on small bunches and doesn't work.
They aren';t curled, just "humped" up, for lack of better word though convex is the correct word I think. Any imput would be very appreciated, especially if it is something you have tried and had success with. Thanks much.

This should work though it will be time consuming if you have a lot of photos.

Get a few books that are large, like 8 x 10 or so, that has a "large" spine. You will have to put each picture separate, you will put it in the book, not just inside the pages, put a border or edge with the convex into the spine where the pages open. At this point you are straightening the picture. One picture at a time, can go every 10 pages or so. Depending on the number of pictures you have, you will need 1 or 2 or 3 books. After inserting the pictures into the book spines, stack the books on top of each other. This is where the weighting takes place. Stack books where you can leave them for a week or so. These stacks need to be heavy, but the books need to also be close to the same size so the weight is distributed evenly. By putting the single edge of the picture into the spine you are forcing it back to it's natural shape.

This has worked for me, I am a collector of books though so I have lots of books to use. This is the key to it working on a lot of pictures, having enough that you can "mount" all the pictures in one day then leave them alone for a week or so.

Hopefully this helps you. It is time consuming as each picture has to be done individually.
