For a male, I suspect that it might take a bit of the competitive edge off prior to a game or fight. Now, if you were seeking relaxation and perhaps inspiration before engaging in creating art of some sort, then it might be helpful.

Nope, I just think of not!
In fact, sex is relaxing and dim the response.
Generally after sex our sense are so fulfilled and any work of precision should be postponed even!

my coach always said definately not. he would be pissed if he found out the opposite, and you would probably be running about 5 gassers after practice on monday. he says that "busting a nut is like losing a pint of blood."
