Get Caller-ID and quit answer telephone calls, where the caller ID is BLOCKED. Then get on the DO NOT CALL LIST. Visit http://www.donotcall.gov This is the REAL DEAL.

Good luck and Happy Computing!

It sounds like you're looking for a Web site that might have generated the text-to-speech that you think you heard.

One answer is sitepal.com or oddcast.com. They advertise on a number of Web sites. In fact, our programmers are hard at work in the process of generating a Web page that offers a Site-Pal for less than Site-Pal offers Site-Pal.

Confused?

It may be an AT&T generated voice that Site-Pal uses for their avatar. Visit:

The Web site says it's out of commission but as of this writing, if you have Wndows Media Player working on your computer, it works!

Thanks for your question!

Most likely just a text to speech program on their computer. There have been simple ones around for years.
