My sidekick restarts itslef, I NEED HELP!?

everytime i go on AIM, my sidekick jus go blank then restarts itself. Is that normal or is there something wrong? Please reply back. It would be appreciated.

i have an sk3 you can add me or ask almost anything.
you might want to do a softreset holding 1+@+0 all at once.
if that doesnt work just turn it off for about 10 mins.

maybe u can't go on aim b/c u haven't paid for it on ur phone. well, i'm not sure what else to tell u b/c nobody has a sidekick
