well to tell you the truth,
both of the things that you have picked out don't seem like very good choices.
i dont know how old you are,
but those just seem very out there.
i would go for something more laid back,
especially if it is a first date.
but i guess, if you really want to choose one of those outfits.
i'd go for the dress.
orange camo?
and a spice girls shirt?
i think that's way sixth grade.

I'm not so sure about both of them?
Try a nice simple dress, with your hair in a nice updo, but not to formal!
