I'm not invisible so yes I could be seen in public or anywhere else for that matter? I may get a ticket, unless its a female cop, then I would just get searched and maybe cuffed.

Absolutely not!
~I was out in the rain and came home completey soaked! After stripping off the cold wet clothes, I just threw on an oversized t-shirt~ Too cold outside for bare legs!

its 2pm sunday afternoon & i'm in shorts so yes i can be seen in public & even at 7am i was in different shorts & still could be seen in public lol
