Does anyone know which StarTrek Voyager episode is the one where janeway finds her way back to the Alpha Quadrant on Earth? I've been searching for the name of the episode online and I can't find it anywhere. pleaseee help. Thanks

endgame is the only one that they actually make it home. you may also be thinking of resolutions, where chakotay and janeway are stranded on a plant that they dub new earth. or you may be thinking of when they made it to earth but in the wrong year, that is future's end part 1 and 2. i think that is all of them where janeway is concerned. the doc also goes back on two episodes but the names escape me at the moment. hope this helps

If you are referring to the episode where the actually finally make it to Earth, it is the season 7 finale (it's also the series finale), called "Endgame". Thus, if you want to see it, you can either buy the box set, or borrow it from a local library.
Note that some libraries don't buy these DVDs, but mine does, so yours might too.

The final episode "Endgame" is when they get back to earth. Is that the one you mean?
