Yes you do confront them.
As well, why the hell is she even flirting (sexually no less!!) with someone?!?!
There is unfortunately a big trend of people who are in relationships that deem it to be ok to flirt/have a relationship with another on the internet.
They justify by saying that there is no harm as it's on the internet. There is harm though as you are giving a part of yourself to someone when that part should only be given to your significant other.
Bah..

YES! Cheating is cheating and if your spouse is showing the attention you deserve to some stranger on line you need to have him put an end to it or to your relationship. It is only a matter of time before he takes the next step.

I think online stuff is really harmless
But i would prolly bring it up in passing
But don't over react
that may drive them to do it more.
I would look more into why they are doing it. Maybe there is somthing that they need that they aren't currently getting form you..
Just talk to them about it. Talk dont' yell
Best of luck to you .

Oh, yes! The time he/she is spending doing this with someone else is time that's being stolen from your relationship.
I believe in picking my battles carefully, but this is one place that certainly deserves a battle!

i think there must be issues in your marriage.
perhaps ask him what you can do together, to repair your marriage and get the romance, love and respect back in order.
