Because 90% of spam filters out there use key word or key phrase recognition to filter out spam emails.


In other words, it scans the emails for things like "Increase your size by 4 inches!" or "Get rich quick" and sends them to your junk mail folder.

But when the email says " High-trait Canadian dispensary." like the one I got today, the filter lets it pass right into your inbox.

so the spam filters in place on servers does not pick up on the usual keywords.
