You need to find a speech? Do you mean find a speech written by someone else (like the Gettysburg address?) or do you mean find a subject for a speech for you to do? You must make your question more clear if you want helpful, workable answers.

The best thing to do is to write your own speech. Believe me, if you try to pass off someone else's work as your own, your teacher will know. I am a teacher myself and I regularly "catch" my students trying to use material they have downloaded from the Internet or copied from a book. When that happens, I give them an "F" on whatever paper, speech or project which they were working on because they have committed plagiarism - a crime which consists of taking credit for someone else's work. Plagiarism is a combination of lying and stealing, and besides being immoral, it can lead to a lawsuit of the owner of the original material finds out it has been used without permission. So, think of a subject which genuinely interests you and write your own speech about it. If you feel passionately about something, you will write a good, interesting speech which may win you a prize.
