I haven't celebrated my birthday in about 10 years, and for the last three or four, the day just seems like any other. No excitement or special feeling that I used to have.
My birthday is in 11 days.... :)

The only one I didn't celebrate was 30.... Just wasn't looking forward to that one.
I'm fine with all the rest.

I celebrate because it's always nice to have had another year, especially once you've passed 50!

The come and go. Once you get to be about 16 or so they don't seem like such a big deal.
