'he Alchemist' was first published in only 1995. It is still completely under copyright. Thus the only people you can download the book from for free are criminals.

Paulo's website (link below) does have some free downloads, but none of them seem to be excerpts from that book specifically. Still... you might find SOMETHING of interest there...
