This depends on two major factors:
1. The make of the car - there are a lot of cars that are usually still good after 200,000 or more miles such as BMW. Others like Saturn start to fall apart after about 60,000 miles.
2. The maintenance the previous owner(s) did or did not do on their car. if they changed the oil every 3,000 miles then a car with over 100,000 could be very good as a used car.

Depends on the manufacturer. I would buy a Honda, Toyota, or Mercedes (that had been properly cared for) with as much as 150,000 miles on it, depending on the price and application. I would buy a Ford (car) at up to 125,000 or so. Some GM products might go 125,000, but most of the GM line I would stay away from if over 100,000. Pickups are designed a little tougher, and most will go 200,000 without much problem if cared for properly, so I might buy one with 150,000 on it. Just my opinion.

Its hard to say. Look at the overall quality of the car. In the UK we have someting called an MOT which when given, more or less, says the car is mechanically sound for a year. If it has a years MOT then I wouldn't worryabout the mileage but don't expect the car to last too long.

I like to buy with 50,000 miles on a car or truck. Vehicles today get much more mileage than they did in the 70,s. 300,000 miles on a toyota or honda is common, as long as you do the maintenance.
