Personally, I think I would just go with Pop. It is the newest resort and the transportation doesn't have as many problems as the All Stars can since they share the bus.

All the values are pretty similar as far as what they offer, so I don't really feel you lose anything by staying at Pop over the Movies, the main difference is the theme, and all the themes are good.

Have a great time!

My husband and I just stayed at the all star movies resort two weeks ago. We had a blast. Each park has there own bus stop except the water parks they share. If you leave early in the morning its not bad on the buses but leaving the parks sometimes you have to stand and the buses do get really crowded. In order of pick up and drop off its All star Sports, then music then movies. But usually when you leave the parks when the parks close they have buses just for your hotel so you don't have to share with the other 2 resorts. Say you went to Magic Kingdom and you leave when they close you would go to the gate for All Star Movies. And that bus will only go to all star movies. It worked out great for us. And we stayed til close every nite we were there. Don't worry its not bad. Where ever you decide to stay it will be loads of fun. We will definatly be staying at the All Star Movies resort again and again. Have fun. I forgot to say the average wait for a bus is 20 mins sometimes not even that long once we saw 3 MK buses come to our resort in a 5 min period. But it is never longer then 20 mins you have to wait.

I've stayed at All-Star Movies several times, and my family really likes it. The most I've ever had to wait for a bus is about 25 minutes, and that is not the norm. There are going to be times when the buses are packed and you may have to wait longer, like after the park closes or after a fireworks show when everyone seems to be leaving. That is going to be the same at most resorts, not just the All-Stars. We liked All-Star Sports fairly well, too, but we weren't crazy about All-Star Music. By the way, they just redid the pool at All-Star Movies. Have fun!

Movies is good. it IS 9 out of 10 times the last stop, but in august it may not be that bad. It'll be hotter than heck down there. POP century is actuall the farthest from the parks so its a longer wait. Buses generally run an average of about 15-20 minutes so the wait is not that long.

You don't share a bus at all the parks, just a few. If I remember correctly, it may just be the water parks. Otherwise, each one has their own bus. I always thought the bus service at the all stars was a little faster than the moderate resorts. Have a great time!!!

I have booked people in the Pop Century and everyon has loved it.. Also if you are on a budget you might like to think about the wonderful meal plan that you can get with staying onsite. You get 2 meals and a snack every day that you are there.. It is like 35.00 a day per person and trust me when I say that you will not be able to eat cheaper then that on site..

Stay at POP, its nicer, newer and the bus system is just fine! It has three pools, a great food court with a great varity and the rooms are nice! You really can't go wrong! Did you look into the dinning plan?? its a really good Idea! Also you can do a plan with your food, room and park pass all in one! ITS GREAT you really should look into it, they have info on it at the Disney web site!

I stayed at the sports one once.

The food was bad there. But I hear the bus shouldnt be a problem. Besides, if you want to fine dine, just go to a park

If you like sports, stay at sports, otherwise stay at music.

I stayed at pop century. I LOVED IT.
Go there. I've been there twice and the whole nostalgia theme is just awesome

I recommend music instead. It is sooner on the bus schedule and has the best all star pool! Enjoy your vacation!
