does nyone know where i can find a free audio hosting with embed for my friendster profile?

i wanted to add just audio and not video but i can't find a decent hosting service for audio. it should have embed or something for me to be able to add it in my account. can you guys help me out please?

there is one site i know.. poqbum.com
its simple to create a playlist and edit it in this site.. i have used it in my web page check out adithya.any.to

just go to napster dot com or limewire(aries.. etc)
