Just do it without giving reasons. If you look embarrassed you will draw attention. Nobody will care if you do it naturally, it can be for anybody else.

My advice: don't get them. Call me closed-minded if you like, but I've actually been there. I have the same problem you do, and I've bought adult diapers a number of times. I've decided that I'm sick of it and that I don't like the person I become when I give into them. I'm sick of lying, hiding them, doing things in them that shouldn't be done.
If you decide to ignore my advice and go ahead, I would challenge you to ask yourself why most of the people here are urging you to lie. Why do you feel so guilty about this?
Bottom line: if you don't stop now, I guarantee you'll regret it someday. Don't let diapers control your life!!! I'm not free of the desire, but I haven't worn a diaper in over 2 years. I'm making progress and you can, too.

what does DL mean, and why would you want to wear diapers? i'm trying to be open minded, but you REALLY need to be more discriptave.

just go into a shop and say that your sister just asked you to buy some diapers for her ! .. what DL ?

just buy some say you're baby sitting OR by those ones for older people, Depends, and say they're for your grandmother who's asked you to buy them.
