If you exclude Jesus (somehow I think He, being part of God, is disqualified), I'd put my money on Newton.

William James Sidis born in 1898 to russian immigrants, was beleived to be the most interlectual, being able to read at 18 months and was fluent in 8 languages by the age of 8, and entered Harvard at the age of 11. He also wrote many books some under his name and other under the name of Pseudonyms, although he did die in 1944 of a cerebral hemorrhage. Hope this was of use

there isn't a way to measure intelligence really....

i guess most people would say einstein because he made the bomb that mutated and killed so many people...if you consider it an accomplishment i mean
