I heard this term and I don't know what it is. Does it mean you are gay?

It just means a man who is very into his looks but is not gay. People often associate a man that really takes care of himself as being gay so that's where the term comes from.

The 1st answerer is correct. It's term started because there were more and more straight guys really getting into their looks, like a gay man is supposedly so this is the term for a staright man aho has appearance put together and kept up very well, from nails, teeth, hair, skin, toenails, body hair, its not just about the clothes.

It means a man, gay or straight, who is very conscious about his looks. Hes not the average joe who throws on jeans and t shirt. He really cares about looking good.
