Depends where you are. Here in Australia's Eastern Time Zone, it's 7:17 am Sunday and our clocks have just gone back one hour.

Yes and I will lose sleep by one hour!!!. Time changes at 01:00 am to 02:00 am ===> Clocks goes forward.

They change about 2am but if you do it before you go to bed it will save you worrying about it in the morning.

they go forward 1 hour at 2 am ,I put mine forward when I get up around 10 am tomorra ,cos thats when my BST starts .

my radio does it itself ^_^ as does my PC. My DVD player I turn off at the mains every night so it don't matter.
