God created world and the way it runs, and we use science to explain how things work. Well we try to use science to disprove the Bible. If the Bible is wrong then there is no God, right? But with science you have to see more that everything is so complex and everything just happening out of nothing or just plain coincidence just takes more wishful thinking and faith.

You have asked a terrific question, however, it is one without a terrific answer. People have long attempted, or at least since the Enlightenment, to use science to answer every question about life, the world and the universe. When science fails at it, it becomes very frustrating indeed.

There is no way now, or ever, that science will be able to prove if God exists or not. Science cannot prove what it cannot prove, simply put. Existence of God is based on belief, entirely and totally. We can find things the affirm our belief, confirm our ideas, or point to a different solution, but belief is out of the realm of science.

So, why do we continue to do what can't be done? Perhaps that is humanity's continual goal. Or, it is our rationalistic attempt to prove what we already believe anyway. Not a very good bit of scientific method.

It sounds to me like you want to know whether the master's tools can be used to destroy the master's house. No? ok.

Well, firstly, I don't think that scientists use science as a means to disprove the existence of God. Theoretically at least, that's not the purpose of science. The disbelief in God, if it's there, comes as a side product of the advancement of science.

Secondly, you're implying that there's a circularity in the way that science is used and its purposes. Here, again, you're assuming that those who use science believe absolutely that there is a God who created "everything", and that for them science is used solely for the purposes of disproving God's existence.

You start with a faulty assumption. There is and maybe never will be a scientific proof of the existence/nonexistence of god/gods, and no reputable scientist wastes time on the question.

On the other hand, the bible is self-contradictory in its own terms, and many of its assertions can indeed be proven false, here is another faulty assumption; it is perfectly possible for the bible to be wrong in most of what it says, but for there still to be a god. He just wouldn't be the one you have in mind.

No matter what kind of argument is presented concerning anything, remember this: Everything that ever was, is, or will ever be, comes from the same source of creativity which is unmanifest Consciousness which some refer to as God. The problem with this is Scientists can't see this unmanifest energy so to them it does not exist. It's staring them in the face every time they look in a mirror but to them, that doesn't count.

The funny thing is, no one worries about disproving any other religion. I mean it's not like people say "what if the Muslims are right?" It is hard to believe that even people who don't believe in "God" never seem to check any other religion to see if it makes more sense. 1 billion Chinese people can't be wrong.

It's interesting that you percieve science to even be trying to do this. I know many scientists who believe every piece of science and research brings them CLOSER to the Divine, not further! I suppose it all depends on your point of view and what your gods happen to be like...

Then what's wrong with doing scientific research? Looks better than blindly beleiving the bible which looks like it was easily written by power-hungry primitive men.....
