1 of my cousins says that soccer isnt a sport but the rest of my family says it is i dont no who 2 blieve

soccer is definitely a sport if your cousins thinks that it isn't a sport then i am assuming that he doesn't think that it is very hard to play. Soccer is a very hard sport to play because unlike some sports like football in which all you have to be is strong, you have to have a ton of skill and have to be extremely dedicated and have to put an amazing amount of time into it to be able to play competitively. I have been playing soccer 10 years competitively (I am 16) there is still people that are better than me and always will be but i hate it when people say that soccer is not a sport because they think that soccer players are wimps. I would like to see them play their sport for 90 minutes with one break. unlike football where you have a break every 10 seconds or so.

Of course Soccer/Football is a sport, what does your cousin class American Football, Baseball, Cricket, Hockey as? All these are sports and although obviously not the same all are still ball games and all are classed as sports! Just sit him down and ask him why he doesn`t beleive this and what his motives are and try to assure him that it is very much a sport and being from England personally this is the no.1 sport and very much addictive, so maybe he should try to get into it a little more to see what it entails!!!!

Soccer's a sport popular all over the world, but the USA thinks it's boring generally, but I don't agree.

yeah soccer is a sport or they wouldnt be showing on espn or anything like that dont believe your cousin he prolly dont think it is kuz its boring to him which it is but yes its a sport just like Football or basketball or any other sport

yes soccer is a sport. you have it easy. try cheerleading. that's even harder to get people to believe that it's a sport.
