I have to say Carlos Zambrano. Hasn't lost 10 games in a season for the past 3 years.
16-8
14-6
16-7
Averaging over 200+ k's in the past 3 years on the Cubs!
If he was on a winning team these are easily 20+ wins and two if not 3 Cy Young seasons.

For Nacnud - one season does not make a career - Wang is gonna locate reality this year, after he gets off of the DL

Oswalt. Never an ERA over 3.29, in that bandbox called Minute Maid Park? Hands down.

I would have to say Roy Oswalt. In six seasons in the bigs he has won 98 games. He has an ERA of 3.05 and whip of 1.18 and 1016 strikeouts while playing for the Houston Astros In Minute Maid park. Every year that his has started 30 games or more he has won atleast 15 games. and just last year struck out 166 and walked only 38 in 220 innings pitched.
