...people can change almost 100% from a day to another?...hapenned with a friend of mine...so sad...we can't recognize her anymore...like she is not the person we know...

People do change over time slowly as they evolve in their path. If this person did so "overnight" it might be a sign of serious mental health issues. If its a younger person, alot of times they are trying to fit in to a group and will change like a chameleon until they realize who they really are.
