I am genuinely curious about how many men in the UK are circumcised. Excluding those circumcised for religious reasons.

According to http://www.circinfo.org/hiv.html (the information is way down the page), the overall circumcision rate in the UK is estimated at 15%, which is higher than most of Europe, probably because of the relatively large Muslim population in the UK. I know of no site that separates out religious and non-religious circumcisions.

The "History of Circumcision" site says there are no reliable stats but the rate is extremely low except in the Jewish and Islamic communities.

The percentage of non-Jewish/Muslim males circumcised is totally insgnificant.
