hi,im 12. i wanna be a singer when i grow up but how do i start? is it too late for me to start now?

Your never too late, in fact your at the perfect age , where networks like disney and nickelodeoan would love you. But my advice singer 2 singer is just sing any where you can and let eveyone know what your about!

hey, i know exacly how u feel. I'm 12 too and all my friends said that i should be a singer too. I think it generally depends on where you live. I think if u live in LA its easier to get notice better than living in Texas. I don't think that it's too late. Maybe you should think about going online to find singing places to get noticed. Think about how old your biggest idol is. That's probably the age where it will be too late.

You get past puberty, kid. That's how you become a singer.
Also, start listening to good music. Dream Theater, A Perfect Circle, Tool, Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails, AFI, plenty of music out there to enjoy that isn't on the radio.

no its not too late. you have two options at the moment either check your yellow pages for singing teachers/vocal trainers, or join your nearest quoir. sounds sad i know but you will benifit majorly from a quoir as you will learn to pick out harmony lines. also invest in a piano (or keyboard) so you can practice easier and keep up to date with your vocal range. hope this helps
