Actually, the trick is to find a woman that is already happy. It should never be the man's job to make a woman happy. Women that require or expect a man to make them happy are the most difficult and least satisfying to be with. Trust me on this.
My woman is independent and happy. I add to her life and she is happy with me but she does not require that I "make" her happy.
And of course that works both ways.
